Natwar Kadel has been elevated to the position of Associate Vice President and Vertical Head – Human Resources & HR Strategy, People Strategy at Hyundai Motor India Ltd.. This marks a significant milestone in his nearly 18-year journey with the organization, which he joined as a Management Trainee. Over the years, he has played pivotal roles in shaping the company’s HR strategies, becoming one of its youngest leaders. In his new role, Natwar will lead critical initiatives in talent management, organizational development, and employee engagement to support Hyundai’s growth and innovation goals.
Throughout his career at Hyundai, Natwar has held influential positions such as General Manager and Head of the Centre of Expertise, as well as Head of Corporate HR and People Strategy. His expertise spans various domains, including employee relations, talent acquisition, change management, and culture transformation. Before joining Hyundai, he gained valuable exposure through internships with companies like Cambridge Solutions, Bajaj Auto Ltd., and Polaris.
An accomplished academic and industry professional, Natwar holds a Ph.D. in Business Management and has completed several prestigious certifications, including Diplomas in Business Analytics from Harvard Business School and Business Finance from ICFAI University. His contributions have been widely recognized with accolades such as the ‘Young HR Leader’ by FICCI and the ‘Best Employer Award’ from the Government of India.
