Neha Jadhav has been elevated to the position of Vice President – Talent and Diversity Advisor at Morgan Stanley. With over 14 years of association with the organization, Neha has consistently demonstrated her expertise in talent development, leadership growth, and diversity initiatives. She has played a pivotal role in her previous capacities, including Director – Talent and Diversity Advisor, where she collaborated with business leaders to design and execute impactful strategies.
During her tenure at Morgan Stanley, Neha has successfully spearheaded initiatives such as leadership development programs, talent management strategies, and diversity-focused solutions. She has worked across global teams to align HR processes, ensuring a consistent and effective approach to employee development and engagement. Her contributions have also included managing succession planning, performance management, and employee engagement programs, significantly enhancing organizational effectiveness.
Prior to her remarkable journey with Morgan Stanley, Neha gained experience as an HR consultant at Sprint Search & Selection Pvt. Ltd.. She holds a Master of Business Administration from MET’s Institute of Management and a Bachelor of Science from PTVA’s Sathaye College. These academic credentials, combined with her professional accomplishments, have equipped her to excel in strategic HR roles.
