Harshita Nair has joined Technicolor Group as the Director – Marketing and Communications. In her new role, she will lead the company’s marketing, internal and external communications, and corporate social responsibility (CSR) initiatives in India, focusing on strengthening the brand and enhancing talent attraction efforts. With over two decades of experience in communications, employee engagement, and talent enablement, Harshita’s expertise is expected to drive impactful strategies that align with the company’s vision.
Prior to this, Harshita served as the Global Head – Sales Enablement and Competencies at Capgemini Engineering, where she directed learning and development programs for over 700 sales professionals. Her leadership resulted in a significant increase in skilled sales professionals within two years. She has also played key roles at Subex as Associate Director – Strategic Communications and at Quintiles India as Manager – Corporate Communications, where she spearheaded initiatives around internal communications, employer branding, and employee engagement, achieving notable improvements in organizational metrics such as internal NPS and Glassdoor ratings.
A postgraduate in Corporate Communication from the Manipal Institute of Communication and a PG Diploma holder in Business Administration from Mount Carmel Institute of Management, Harshita combines academic rigor with a people-centric approach to communication and leadership. Her contributions have included orchestrating high-impact campaigns, managing organizational change, and driving employee-centric initiatives across multiple industries.
