Alpex Solar, a prominent player in the solar photovoltaic (PV) panel manufacturing sector, has announced the appointment of Aditya Sehgal as its new Chief Executive Officer (CEO). This leadership change aligns with the company’s strategic vision to propel growth, foster innovation, and advance sustainability in the renewable energy sector.
Aditya Sehgal brings a robust background in cutting-edge technologies to his new role at Alpex Solar. A graduate in Electrical Engineering from the University of California, Sehgal has a distinguished career in developing sophisticated robotic technologies, automated checkout systems, and advanced battery solutions. His expertise extends to the management of contract manufacturers and vendors, particularly in high-volume electronics production.
In conjunction with Sehgal’s appointment, Alpex Solar has made additional key leadership changes. Satish Kumar Gupta has been named as a Non-Executive Director. Gupta, who previously served as the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of the company, boasts over 37 years of experience, including 17 years in the renewable energy sector.
Amit Ghai will step into the role of CFO, effective immediately. Ghai’s career spans over two decades and includes extensive experience across various industries, such as manufacturing, financial services, heavy industries, consumer durables, and pharmaceuticals.
These appointments reflect Alpex Solar’s commitment to strengthening its leadership team as it continues to drive innovation and sustainability in the solar industry.
