Anjan occupied strategic leadership roles in companies such as The Hershey Company, ITC Limited, Reinsurance Group of America Inc., Vedanta Group, and Lafarge Inc. His diverse experience spans the Consumer, Manufacturing, and BFSI sectors across four continents. An accredited executive coach from the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and The Newfield Network Inc., Anjan has worked with senior and mid-level managers in leadership and career transitions to drive impactful professional transformation.
Additionally, Anjan served as a faculty member at Cornell University’s ILR School, where he delivered Leadership, Strategy, and HR courses to leaders worldwide. Currently, he provides consulting support to the Tata Institute of Social Sciences (TISS) and SDA Bocconi for their leadership and organizational development interventions.
