APAR Industries Limited Appoints Manish Agrawal as CEO for Conductor & Telecommunications Businesses

APAR Industries Limited has announced the appointment of Manish Agrawal as the Chief Executive Officer for its Conductor & Telecommunications businesses, effective July 2, 2024. Agrawal brings over 27 years of experience in the energy infrastructure sector to his new role.

Manish Agrawal is renowned for his expertise in the power and telecommunications industries. Throughout his career, he has been a significant influencer in policy development within the manufacturing, specialized EPC, and infrastructure sectors. His advocacy for disruptive technologies has been instrumental in advancing the adoption of innovative solutions in the transmission sector. Additionally, Agrawal is a well-known advocate for key industry initiatives, including the Make in India campaign, public-private partnerships, modernization of transmission and distribution infrastructure, extensive fiberization projects, and the monetization of power transmission corridors.

Before joining APAR Industries Limited, Agrawal served as the CEO and Whole-Time Director at Sterlite Power Transmission Limited, where he led the Global Products & Services Business. His educational background includes a degree in Engineering and an MBA from Federation University, Australia. He has also completed executive leadership programs at prestigious institutions such as Harvard University, IIM Ahmedabad, and ISB Hyderabad.
