Lupin Life Sciences Limited (LLSL), a subsidiary of Lupin, has announced the promotion of Ashutosh Inamdar to the role of Chief Executive Officer. This strategic move aligns with Lupin’s goal of expanding its footprint in the burgeoning Trade Generics segment by providing high-quality, affordable medications to patients.
Inamdar brings nearly nine years of experience within Lupin, where he has held several senior positions, including Senior General Manager of Lupin Generics Business and Senior General Manager of the Strategy Cell. His tenure at Lupin has been marked by his pivotal role in shaping the company’s digital strategy and spearheading innovation initiatives. Inamdar’s emphasis on leveraging technology and real-time data analytics has significantly enhanced business processes and customer engagement.
Before joining Lupin, Inamdar held strategic roles at prominent organizations such as Mahindra & Mahindra, Gammon India Ltd, Infrasoft Technologies, and Verizon. His extensive experience spans business planning, corporate strategy, commercial negotiations, and operational excellence.
Inamdar holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM) from the Indian Institute of Management, Indore, and a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) in Electronics and Telecommunication from Pune Institute of Computer Technology. His comprehensive background and strategic vision position him well to lead LLSL in its mission to make quality healthcare accessible to a broader population.
