Adrenalin eSystems has appointed Balamalai Ranganathan as the Senior Vice President of Strategic Product Management. With over 26 years of experience in the HR-Payroll product lifecycle and Payroll Managed Services Transformations, Ranganathan brings a wealth of knowledge to his new role.

In his position, Ranganathan will focus on introducing AI-driven features, enhancing blockchain integration, and improving financial wellness solutions. CEO & MD Srinivasa Bharathy expressed confidence in Ranganathan’s visionary approach and his ability to significantly impact both the company and the industry.

An Electronics Engineering graduate from the Madras Institute of Technology (MIT) in Chennai, Ranganathan began his career at Ramco Systems. His career spans nearly three decades, including significant international experience, and he has held key leadership roles, contributing to his comprehensive expertise in the field.
