The Everstone Group has announced the appointment of Sujoy Bose as CEO – Investment Management. In this role, Bose will be responsible for leading capital formation, deal sourcing, fund governance, as well as overseeing the company’s environmental, social, and governance (ESG) and impact activities. He will also manage capital raising efforts, build relationships with limited partners (LPs), and enhance deal flow. Collaborating with leaders across the organization, Bose aims to drive growth and operational excellence.

As a member of Everstone’s senior leadership team, Bose will play a crucial role in shaping the organization’s strategic direction and investment decisions, participating in the Investment Committees and Executive Committee.
Bose brings over 30 years of experience in fund management, infrastructure investment, and strategic leadership. Prior to joining Everstone Group, he was the Managing Director and CEO of India’s National Investment and Infrastructure Fund (NIIF), where he transformed the entity into a leading investment and infrastructure management firm in just seven years. Before NIIF, Bose spent 23 years at the International Finance Corporation (IFC), holding key roles such as Global Co-Head of Infrastructure and Natural Resources and Chief Investment Officer of IFC Asset Management.
Bose’s extensive experience and strategic vision are expected to be significant assets to the Everstone Group, supporting the firm’s mission to maintain its position as a leading multi-asset class fund manager in emerging markets.
