Galaxy Health Insurance Co Ltd, formerly known as Galaxy Health & Allied Insurance Co Ltd, has appointed industry veteran G. Srinivasan as its new Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer.
With a career spanning 40 years, G. Srinivasan brings a wealth of experience in the insurance industry. He has held leadership positions at United India Insurance Co. Ltd. and New India Assurance Co. Ltd., where he played a key role in taking New India public. He has also led GIC Re and served as the Chairman of the General Insurance Council, further cementing his expertise in the sector.
The Board of Directors at Galaxy Health Insurance includes notable members such as Dr. Sai Satish, a leading cardiologist and advocate for heart health, and Mr. Sudarshan Venu, the Managing Director of TVS Motor Company and TVS Holdings Ltd. Mr. Venu is also the Chairman of TVS Credit Services Limited.
The company is preparing to begin operations soon, focusing on delivering excellent service and fostering a family-oriented culture for both employees and customers.
