Before joining IISc, K Joshil Raj held various impactful roles, including VP Engineering/Infrastructure with the Indian Army, where he led large-scale infrastructure projects and introduced cutting-edge technologies such as AI for remote monitoring and 3D construction methods. As CEO and Head of Research and Innovation at Sarvatra Centre of Research and Innovation, he fostered innovation in defense technology and led multiple high-stakes initiatives.
In addition to his role at IISc, K Joshil Raj co-founded XTRANSMATRIX Consulting Services and The Innovation Master . These ventures focus on providing expert staffing solutions, specialized training in AI/ML, and fostering innovation in high-tech domains.
