Rajiv Arora, who brings extensive experience in the automotive sector, assumed the role of CEO at NDR Auto Group in July 2024. His career spans several influential roles, most recently serving as the Business Head for MIL Lighting at UNO MINDA Group, where he led the division for over six years. Rajiv’s tenure at UNO MINDA Group also included roles as Vice President and EBH, showcasing his leadership and strategic capabilities.
Before joining UNO MINDA, Rajiv held significant positions at Spark Minda, including President Director at PT. Minda Asean Automotive in Indonesia, and General Manager Operations. His career began at UNO MINDA, where he progressed from Deputy General Manager to more senior roles, accumulating over 14 years of experience with the company.
Rajiv’s academic background includes a technical diploma in Manufacturing Engineering from the Tool Room & Training Centre (Indo Danish Project), further underpinning his strong foundation in engineering and manufacturing processes.
