Rajnish Gera has recently taken on the role of Chief Executive Officer at Trident Group India, leading their Energy Business. With over two decades of experience in strategic planning, engineering, and project execution, Rajnish brings a wealth of knowledge to his new position. His career is marked by significant leadership roles in various industries, including cement, fertilizer, textiles, and power plants.
Before joining Trident Group India, Rajnish served as Chief Operating Officer at Sintex BAPL, where he led strategic initiatives and drove operational excellence. He also held the position of CEO for a 300 MW Thermal Power Project at Shirpur Power Pvt Ltd, showcasing his expertise in managing large-scale energy projects. His earlier experience includes a long tenure at M/s Trident Limited, where he played a crucial role in operations and energy management.
Rajnish’s extensive background and leadership skills make him a valuable addition to Trident Group India. In his new role, he is expected to steer the company’s energy business towards new heights, leveraging his deep industry knowledge and strategic vision.
