Shriram Group’s holding company, Shriram Capital Private Ltd., has elevated Subhasri to the position of Managing Director and CEO. This marks a significant milestone in her long-standing association with the Shriram Group, where she has been a key contributor since 1991.
Subhasri, who has been serving as the Joint Managing Director, will step into her new role with a vision to steer the company towards continued success and growth. Her journey with Shriram Group began as an Officer in the NBFC business, and over the decades, she has been instrumental in the company’s expansion and strategic initiatives.
She is a fellow member of both the Institute of Company Secretaries of India and the Institute of Cost & Works Accountants of India. Prior to her elevation, she held significant roles such as Executive Director and CFO of Shriram City Union Finance (now Shriram Finance) and Joint Managing Director of Shriram Capital (P) Ltd.
