After a successful nine-year tenure at Reliance Jio Infocomm, Mangesh Bhide has transitioned to IKS Health, taking on the role of Senior Vice President of Organization Effectiveness.
Bhide, who holds a master’s degree in personnel management from Savitri Bai Phule University, began his HR career at Precision Fasteners in 1995 as a management trainee. He quickly advanced to Senior Executive for P&IR, HR, and Administration within three years. In 1998, he joined Mahindra & Mahindra as Deputy General Manager of HR, managing the R&D division’s HR activities comprehensively for five years.
In 2003, Bhide moved to Reliance Infocomm as Lead for Network HR, later joining Essar Steel as Joint General Manager. Following a brief tenure, he became Director of HR at Raomware India in 2006, where he set new HR standards across multiple international locations.
In 2007, Bhide took on the role of Senior Vice President of Global HR and Administration at IKS Health. He enhanced the company’s human resource capabilities, driving growth and focusing on the recruitment and development of key team members, while also managing HR in the US.
From December 2014 to his recent move, Bhide was with Reliance Jio Infocomm, where he served as Senior Vice President and Head of HR for Jio Network and Infrastructure. Known for his methodical and strategic leadership, he is now set to contribute to the growth and success of IKS Health, a company in the healthcare sector.
