Arjun Mukherjee brings a wealth of experience to his new role at Cipla, having served the company for 7 years and 5 months in various strategic financial positions. Prior to this appointment, he held pivotal roles within Cipla, including Director, Head of FP&A and Finance Controller-IB, CFO of Cipla Digital Health, where he spearheaded financial planning and analysis initiatives across substantial business portfolios. His leadership was instrumental in securing significant funding and driving automation and digitalization efforts in the finance domain.
Earlier in his career at Cipla, Arjun Mukherjee served as Director & Business Finance Head of the Respiratory Business, where he successfully managed a major revenue-generating cluster and collaborated closely with marketing teams on effective campaign strategies. He also held the position of Director- Business Finance Head of the Acute Business, focusing on enhancing profit margins through strategic financial initiatives.
Arjun Mukherjee’s professional journey includes impactful roles at GENPACT as Senior Manager – FP&A and Manager Corporate Finance, where he specialized in complex pricing, forecasting, and financial modeling for F&A consulting business. His experience further extends to Bank of America as Assistant Manager- Corporate Finance and FP&A, and Siemens as Executive – Finance & Business Administration, where he managed P&L planning, project costing, and commercial aspects of assigned projects.
