At L&T, Chandra played a crucial role in capital structuring, allocation, resource mobilization, and financial risk management across the group. He has been instrumental in executing various strategic financial transactions such as IPOs, OFS, share buybacks, and business portfolio divestments. His appointment as CFO underscores LTIMindtree’s commitment to maintaining strong financial governance and driving sustainable growth.
Expressing gratitude for Vinit Teredesa’s contributions during his tenure as CFO since June 2020, the company’s Board of Directors commended his role in steering the organization’s profitable growth journey, establishing robust financial controls and governance, and facilitating the successful merger of LTI and Mindtree.
AM Naik, Chairman of LTIMindtree, emphasized the importance of leadership planning within the L&T Group, ensuring that key talents gain exposure to various roles within the organization. Naik expressed confidence in Chandra’s ability to lead the finance function effectively, given his extensive experience and in-depth knowledge of the L&T Group.
