Abhishek Tiwary has returned to KPMG, bringing extensive expertise from his role as Senior Vice President of Human Resources at Tech Mahindra. With over twenty years of global HR leadership experience, Tiwary will now serve as Global HR Head for KPMG Delivery Network (KDN), based in New York starting July 8, according to BW People.
KDN plays a crucial role in shaping how KPMG delivers services globally. Tiwary’s specific reasons for this transition remain undisclosed.
His return marks a significant point in his career, having spent over a decade at KPMG Global Services (KGS) and later taking on key roles within KPMG US.
From 2008 to 2019, Tiwary held various positions at KPMG Global Services (KGS), starting as Associate Director of HR, progressing to Director of HR, and eventually becoming CHRO in 2016. He then moved to KPMG US as Executive Director of HR until 2023.
Throughout his career at KPMG, Tiwary demonstrated expertise in strategic HR management, talent development, and leadership. He played a pivotal role in navigating periods of significant growth and transformation within global enterprises.
Prior to his roles at KPMG and Tech Mahindra, Tiwary held leadership positions at firms like TCS, Amdocs, and Convergys. His extensive industry experience adds depth to his new role at KPMG.
