Sunniel Buttan has joined Alike’s leadership team as vice president of group HR. He transitioned from TCG Digital, where he served as associate director of HR for global operations for over a year.
Buttan, an alumnus of the Institute of Management Technology, Ghaziabad, began his career with Andersen, working there for three years before moving to EY for four years. In December 2006, he joined PricewaterhouseCoopers as manager of HR, where he spent nearly six years working as an HR generalist and global mobility specialist for the North region.
From 2012 to 2016, Buttan was a senior HR business partner at KPMG. He then became principal consultant at Marc Consulting for a little over a year.
In 2018, he joined K Hospitality Corp as HR head for the North region and was later promoted to national HR head after three and a half years. His responsibilities included budgeting, workforce planning, compensation, KPI management, labor relations, and attrition forecasting.
After a successful five-year tenure at K Hospitality, Buttan moved to TCG Digital.
