Amogh Deshmukh Joins SHRM India as Head of Leadership Practice

Amogh Deshmukh has been appointed as the Head of Leadership Practice at SHRM India. With over 20 years of experience in human resources, leadership advisory, and talent consulting, Amogh will oversee senior executive leadership assessment, development, and coaching across India, the Asia Pacific, and the MENA regions.

Before joining SHRM India, Amogh was the Head of Growth – India Region at AMS, where he managed growth and sales strategies and client acquisition. His expertise in talent advisory, recruitment, and strategic workforce planning was instrumental in his role. Prior to AMS, Amogh served as the Managing Director at DDI India for nearly 16 years, where he consulted with top organizations on talent selection, leadership development, and succession planning.

Amogh’s earlier roles include positions at Kelly Services, Inc., i2i Enterprises, and Wipro Spectramind Pvt. Ltd., where he handled sales, operations, and training programs.
