Ankita Tiwari Appointed Chief HR Officer at DTDC Express

Ankita Tiwari has joined DTDC Express Limited as the new Chief Human Resources Officer, bringing extensive expertise in HR leadership and strategic initiatives. Prior to this role, she served as Vice President Human Resources at Pidilite Industries Limited, focusing on talent management, diversity and inclusion, and operational efficiency.

With over nine years at BASF, Ankita held pivotal roles such as Head of Compensation & Benefits for India and HR Business Partner for R&D, Legal, and Procurement. Her contributions included restructuring compensation frameworks and leading performance management strategies across South Asia and Asia Pacific.

Beginning her career at ST-Ericsson and later at A.P. Moller – Maersk, Ankita played key roles in organizational culture building, talent development, and enhancing employee engagement strategies.
