Ankita Vig, a seasoned Human Resources leader with vast experience in leading people operations across multiple regions including Indonesia, the GCC (UAE, Qatar, Oman, Bahrain), and India, has been appointed as the Chief Human Resources Officer at Anchanto. With a proven track record in driving HR transformation and developing effective people strategies, Ankita is set to play a pivotal role in supporting the company’s growth and ensuring its business objectives are aligned with its human capital strategies.
In her new role, Ankita will lead a team of over eight direct reports, working closely with key leaders, country heads, and function heads to drive business profitability. With her expertise in multicultural team integration, workforce planning, and employee productivity, she brings a well-rounded approach to managing talent and aligning HR practices with business goals. She has also been involved in capability building, leadership development, and compliance across different geographies, all of which will contribute to Anchanto’s strategic objectives.
Prior to this, Ankita spent over eight years at Asian Paints, where she held several leadership roles, including General Manager for International Business in the GCC and Indonesia. Her responsibilities included overseeing HR transformation, managing the full spectrum of HR programs, and working closely with leadership teams to drive business growth. She played a key role in establishing people operations and managing workforce productivity while ensuring compliance with labor laws across various regions.
