Deutsche Telekom Digital Labs has announced the appointment of Anurag Tiwari as the Head of Talent Acquisition. Bringing a wealth of experience in talent acquisition and recruitment, Anurag is set to lead the organization’s efforts in attracting top-tier talent to drive digital innovation and growth.
Before joining Deutsche Telekom Digital Labs, Anurag served as the Associate Director of Talent Acquisition at Ninjacart from January 2023 to May 2024. In this role, he successfully managed the hiring processes for technical, product, design, and data science roles, achieving a remarkable 90-day turnaround time. He led a team of recruiters and significantly reduced offer declines from 60% to 13%. Anurag also implemented several effective Talent Acquisition processes, including the Buddy Program and Individual Development Plans (IDPs), enhancing the onboarding experience and employee development.
Prior to his tenure at Ninjacart, Anurag was the Manager of Talent Acquisition at InMobi from January 2021 to January 2023, where he spearheaded global hiring for data science and engineering teams. Leading a team of six recruiters, Anurag focused on attracting top candidates and maintaining a high joining ratio, contributing to the organization’s technical capabilities and innovation.
Anurag’s expertise in technical recruitment was further honed during his time at PayU from May 2019 to July 2020, where he managed a team of four recruiters. His strategic approach to technical hiring resulted in successful recruitment campaigns and a high joining ratio, strengthening the company’s engineering talent pool.
Earlier in his career, Anurag made significant contributions at Publicis Sapient. From April 2013 to February 2019, he served as Lead Recruiter for Engineering Hiring, where he recruited top tech talent globally and managed a team, achieving significant recruitment milestones. As a Technology Sourcer for North America at Publicis Sapient from August 2011 to September 2012, he gathered requirements and sourced candidates from various channels, demonstrating his ability to identify and attract high-caliber talent.
Anurag also gained valuable experience as a Technical Recruiter at Saviance Technologies from September 2012 to February 2013, where he managed the entire life cycle of staffing and utilized social media tools for passive recruitment.
