Intech Organics Limited has announced the appointment of Biswarup Goswami as its new Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO). In this pivotal role, Goswami will spearhead the company’s human resources strategy, with a focus on strategic HR planning, talent acquisition, and organizational development, all aimed at bolstering the company’s growth and operational excellence.
Goswami brings over three decades of extensive experience in the human resources domain to Intech Organics. Prior to this, he served as the Senior Human Resources Advisor and CHRO at GHCL Limited, where he was instrumental in driving HR transformation, implementing best practices, and significantly enhancing employee engagement over a span of more than four years.
Before his tenure at GHCL Limited, Goswami held the position of Senior Vice President-HR at PI Industries Ltd., where he made notable contributions to the company’s human capital development through strategic HR initiatives. He also served as the President-HR & Chief Transformation Officer at Laxmi Organic Industries Ltd., where he played a key role in driving organizational capability and leading the company through a comprehensive transformation journey.
Earlier in his illustrious career, Goswami held several senior HR roles, including Vice President-People Energy Process (Global) at Galaxy Surfactants Limited, Chief of HR at Emaar MGF Land Ltd., and Head of HR at Bharti Airtel Limited. His diverse industry experience and leadership in HR strategies make him well-suited to lead Intech Organics through its next phase of growth.
