Digvijay Kapoor Joins Servotech Power Systems as VP of Human Resources

Digvijay Kapoor has recently taken on the role of Vice President of Human Resources at Servotech Power Systems Limited. With a wealth of experience in HR leadership, Digvijay is poised to spearhead HR strategies and operations, aiming to cultivate a robust organizational culture and enhance employee engagement within the company.

Before joining Servotech, Digvijay had a notable stint at InvokHR Solutions, where he worked as an Independent Consultant from June 2023 to June 2024. In this capacity, he provided strategic HR consulting and advisory services, assisting organizations in streamlining their HR processes and boosting overall efficiency.

Digvijay’s prior role was as Chief Business Officer at recruber from March 2023 to June 2024. At recruber, he played a crucial role in driving both vertical and horizontal growth and expansion of the company. His focus was on redefining productivity standards in talent acquisition through innovative SaaS solutions utilizing AI-driven matching and search bots.

Earlier in his career, Digvijay was the Associate Vice President of Human Resources at Bada Business Pvt. Ltd. from September 2019 to March 2021. Here, he spearheaded the HR agenda, ensuring it was aligned with the broader business strategies and objectives. His career also includes significant roles at BSA Group – Facility Management & Skill Development, ASKME.com, Moolchand Healthcare, and Wipro BPS, beginning as a Customer Service Associate at E-Call International Pvt Ltd and later as a Team Member at Cafe Coffee Day.
