Dr. Chopra brings a wealth of experience to his new role, having held significant HR positions in various leading organizations. Prior to joining Transaction Solutions International, he was the Chief Human Resources Officer at ConveGenius AI, where he played a pivotal role in driving HR strategies and initiatives that contributed to the company’s growth and employee satisfaction.
Before ConveGenius AI, Dr. Chopra served as the Head of Human Resources at Club Factory. During his tenure, he implemented effective HR policies, improved employee relations, and streamlined HR processes, thereby enhancing the company’s operational efficiency.
At Huawei, Dr. Chopra held the position of Human Resources Director, managing HR operations in Gurgaon. He was instrumental in overseeing talent acquisition, performance management, and employee development, ensuring alignment of HR strategies with business goals.
Dr. Chopra’s experience also includes his role as Head of Talent Acquisition at Aircel, where he was responsible for recruiting top talent and building a robust talent pipeline. His strategic approach to talent acquisition significantly contributed to the company’s success.
