Gudakesh Kumar Appointed Associate Director HR – Supply Chain & R&D at Kellanova

Gudakesh Kumar has started his new role as Associate Director of HR – Supply Chain & R&D at Kellanova. In this capacity, Gudakesh will oversee human resources for the Supply Chain and R&D departments within the South Asia Business Unit, while also serving as HR for the India team.

Gudakesh has been with Kellanova for over a year. Previously, he was the Associate Director of HR – Sales, where he managed sales HR initiatives for Kellanova South Asia.

Before joining Kellanova, Gudakesh was the Senior Manager of HR at McCain Foods. In this role, he collaborated with the leadership team to drive the people agenda for the Commercial Food Service and Retail businesses, as well as Corporate functions. He also spearheaded Talent Management and Labour Compliance for the India business.

Gudakesh’s extensive HR background includes his tenure at Abbott as Senior Manager Business HR and Manager Business HR, supporting the leadership team of Specialty Care businesses and leading diversity and inclusion initiatives. He also worked at HDFC Bank as a Human Resources Manager, overseeing HR activities for the Phonebanking business across India and played a key role in launching the Virtual Relationship Management desk.
