Jessica Dotto has been named the Director of Human Resources at LendingOne, a direct private lender known for providing a variety of financing options to real estate professionals. In her new role at LendingOne, Dotto will draw on her extensive experience in human resources and talent management. Before joining LendingOne, she served as Group Director of Human Resources at Techtronic Industries (TTI) for about a year. At TTI, she was instrumental in building trust and fostering employee wellness, implementing HR strategies to enhance employee engagement and performance, and managing global mobility, cross-cultural communication, and succession planning. Prior to this role, she was the Group Recruiting Manager at TTI for nearly two years, where she led talent planning, employee engagement, university recruitment, and full life cycle recruiting. Her efforts significantly contributed to leadership development, recruitment marketing, and talent management.
Dotto’s earlier career includes her position as Senior Director of Talent – Accounting & Finance at The Execu|Search Group, where she focused on recruiting, building trust, and managing business relationships. She provided consultative support to teams and enhanced executive visibility. Additionally, she served as Assistant Vice President, Talent – Accounting & Finance at Robert Half for about two years, managing recruiting, business relationships, and employee relations. She adopted a consultative approach and demonstrated leadership skills that drove business development and new talent acquisition. Her experience also includes roles as a Staffing Manager – Accounting at Robert Half, a Financial Data Analyst at Foundation Source, an Audit Associate at KPMG US, and an Audit Intern at PricewaterhouseCoopers Limited.
