Prior to this role, Kamaljeet was Vice President and Head of HR Operations at Rebel Foods, where he played a crucial role in overseeing HR functions for over thousands of employees across hundreds of kitchens in India. His expertise in talent management, performance systems, and employee lifecycle processes has helped streamline operations and improve workforce engagement at Rebel Foods.
Before Rebel Foods, Kamaljeet contributed to the transformation of Reliance Industries Limited, particularly in their Oil to Chemicals business. He was instrumental in redesigning organizational structures, aligning HR processes with business objectives, and driving innovation in talent management. His leadership experience also spans roles at JioWorld Centre, where he led the HR strategy during its entry into the hospitality sector, and at Gallup, where he focused on client development and employee engagement strategies.
