Karen Dhillon has assumed the role of Head of HR, APAC at DSI Underground, where she brings her extensive expertise to drive HR strategies and initiatives across the Asia-Pacific region.
Karen’s most recent experience includes her role as Head of HR – ANZ at Indorama Ventures: Indovinya, where she focused on enhancing employer branding, managing compensation & benefits, and overseeing overall HR functions to support strategic growth initiatives.
Prior to joining DSI Underground, Karen served as HR Director, APAC at Howden, A Chart Industries Company, where she managed HR operations across multiple countries in the APAC region. Her responsibilities included leading talent strategy, global mobility initiatives, and talent management efforts to support business objectives. Earlier at Howden Australia, she played a key role in establishing the HR function, managed M&A activities, and developed HR initiatives aligned with business goals.
Karen’s diverse career also includes founding Bellapreneur Consulting Services, where she provided business, lifestyle coaching, and HR consulting services. Her earlier roles at RailCorp included Manager positions within the Service Delivery Group, Workforce Strategy Division, and Security Division, where she implemented HR programs, policies, and strategies to meet organizational needs.
