Lulu Group India’s Rajiv KP Announces Resignation After Ten Years

Rajiv KP, the head of Human Resources for Lulu Group India, has decided to step down from his position to explore a new career opportunity.

In a LinkedIn post, Rajiv expressed his sentiments by saying, “Every great journey must eventually end to make way for growth. My ten years at Lulu Group India have been extraordinary, but it’s time to close this chapter of my professional life.”

Rajiv, who has accumulated over 16 years of experience in both the retail and insurance industries, started at Lulu Group in 2014 as a Senior Executive in Learning and Development. His initial role was at Lulu Mall in Kochi, the group’s flagship location. Throughout his decade-long tenure, he held multiple positions such as Senior Executive in Learning and Development, Assistant Manager HR, Manager HR, and finally, Head of HR India.

Before joining Lulu Group, Rajiv was employed with Max New York Life Insurance.
