Legasis Private Limited is pleased to announce the appointment of Mahesh Gunjal as the new Chief Human Resources Officer. In this role, Mahesh will leverage his extensive experience in human resources and strategic leadership to drive HR functions and contribute to the company’s growth and development.
Mahesh Gunjal brings a robust background in human resources to Legasis. Prior to joining Legasis, he served as the Vice President of Human Resources at Vernost Marketing Technology Solutions Pvt. Ltd. for approximately one year. During his tenure, he managed HR policies, talent management, employee engagement, and strategic HR leadership, significantly contributing to the company’s growth.
Before Vernost, Mahesh was the Head HR Business Partner at Ztek Consulting for about three years. In this role, he played a pivotal part in employee benefits design, HR policies, talent acquisition, and strategic human resources leadership, enhancing organizational development and compliance management.
Mahesh also held the position of Director-HR & Operations at Parallel HR Solutions Inc. for nearly seven years. His responsibilities included recruitment, talent acquisition, training and development, employee engagement, performance management, and HR advisory for startups and established companies globally.
His journey in HR leadership includes serving as Senior HR Manager (Head HR) at Pride Purple Group for nearly one year and as an HR Manager at Prothious Engineering Services for six months. Mahesh’s career also spans over two years as HR Manager (Head HR) at eLuminous Technologies, where he integrated new HR policies and achieved high employee satisfaction ratings.
Mahesh began his career as Center Director at MASHGUN Comptech Education, where he worked for approximately two and a half years, designing and implementing new educational programs, business development, and managing HR functions.
