Marty Blied has joined Fifth Third Bank as Vice President, Sr. HR Business Partner for the Carolinas, Georgia, and Tennessee regions, bringing over 14 years of human resources leadership experience to his new role. Previously, Marty served in various senior HR positions at Fifth Third Bank, including overseeing HR operations in Cincinnati, Columbus, Kentucky, and the Mortgage division. His expertise also extends to managing HR for Central Operations, where he supervised a team supporting back-office functions and customer call services.
Before joining Fifth Third Bank, Marty held significant HR roles at Danaher Corporation and General Electric – Aviation, where he developed extensive experience in HR management and leadership across diverse business units. Marty’s career began at General Motors, where he focused on employment and labor relations activities.
