Monita Henson Promoted to Chief Human Resources Officer at Ascertus Limited

Monita Henson has been promoted to the role of Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) at Ascertus Limited. In her new capacity, Monita will oversee the company’s human resources strategies and operations, emphasizing employee experience, talent development, and organizational efficiency.

Monita joined Ascertus Limited nearly five years ago as the HR & Administration Manager, where she was responsible for managing HR policies and administrative functions. Her effective leadership and strategic initiatives within the company have paved the way for her promotion to CHRO.

Before joining Ascertus, Monita worked as a Consultant and in Executive Search at Alderwick Consulting. There, she specialized in recruiting for C-suite and key management roles for both major corporations and growing SMEs, helping companies achieve diversity and cultural fit in their leadership teams.

Monita also served as Administration Officer/Company Secretary at Anchura Partners Services Ltd, a consulting firm catering to banks and financial institutions. In this role, she established crucial administrative processes and supported strategic initiatives.

Her career also includes significant roles in strategic relationship management and administration, such as Director & Business Manager for Global Research & Investments at Barclays Wealth, Director at Ambata Capital Partners focusing on cleantech investments in the Middle East and Africa, and Vice President at both Credit Suisse and Deutsche Bank.
