Neha Jain has recently been appointed as the Group Human Resources Director for Asia, the Middle East, Africa, and ANZ at Dr. Reddy’s Laboratories. This role signifies a notable advancement in her career, where she will oversee HR strategies across multiple regions for the global pharmaceutical company.
Before joining Dr. Reddy’s Laboratories, Jain was the General Manager and Lead HR Business Partner for Vaccines, Specialty, and Global CEP at GSK in Mumbai. In her previous role, she was crucial in executing business strategies, driving succession planning, and nurturing a culture of coaching and high performance.
Jain’s career includes significant experience as Vice President at Barclays Investment Bank in Mumbai, where she co-headed HR for the regulated banking entity. She was responsible for managing HR functions for Global Markets, Research, and Offshore Risk Teams, and interfacing with Indian regulatory authorities. Additionally, Jain was a trustee of the Barclays Bank PF Trust and a strong advocate for diversity and inclusion.
Her professional journey also encompasses roles such as Consultant Human Resources at Novartis, where she focused on compensation and benefits, campus relations, and HR business partnering for finance and corporate functions. She has also worked as Consultant-Total Rewards at Johnson & Johnson, supporting the regional team on compensation and benefits policies across several countries in Asia.
Jain’s early career experience includes her role as AVP Human Resources at Credit Suisse Securities in Mumbai, where she led HR activities for Private Banking & Asset Management. She initiated diversity and inclusion programs and addressed business needs across various divisions. Her career began at Tata Consultancy Services as an HR Executive, where she gained experience in career development, labor and employment law, and performance management.
