Pabasari Galagoda Wijesinha has been appointed as Head of HR & Sustainable Business at Noyon, a leading provider of warp-knit solutions within the MAS ecosystem, serving global fashion and activewear brands.
At MAS Active, Wijesinha previously held the role of Head of Human Resources, Administration, Health & Safety, Compliance, Sustainability, Branding & Communications from September 2022 to June 2024. During her tenure, she focused on talent management, HR strategy, and enhancing branding and communication efforts across the organization.
Prior to her current appointment, Wijesinha’s career at MAS Holdings included significant roles such as Manager – Human Resources, where she led organizational design initiatives and implemented impactful HR strategies. She also served in Assistant Manager roles across Group Human Resources, Learning & Development, and Organization Design, contributing to training development and competency assessment processes.
Before joining MAS Holdings, Wijesinha worked as a Senior Business Analyst at MTI Consulting, providing strategic business research and consulting solutions. Her earlier roles encompassed consultancy at GlaxoSmithKline and management accounting at Seeds Intimate Apparel India Pvt Ltd, showcasing her diverse professional background.
Noyon specializes in producing versatile warp-knit products ranging from lingerie lace to athleisure fabrics, leveraging its affiliation with MAS to innovate and excel in the global fashion industry.
