Before this elevation, Parul served as the Associate Vice President of Human Resources for nearly three years, where she played a key role in advancing HR initiatives and bolstering the company’s growth through strategic people management.
Previously, Parul held the position of Senior Human Resources Manager for almost four years. In this role, she was pivotal in managing HR operations and implementing policies that cultivated a positive workplace environment. Her journey at HDFC Life began as a Manager-Human Resources, a role she excelled in for three years by overseeing HR functions, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and managing employee relations effectively.
Before joining HDFC Life, Parul worked at EY as a Consultant-Advisory Services for nearly a year, providing HR advisory services to help clients optimize their human resources strategies and processes. Earlier in her career, she was a Senior Associate Lead-HR at Infosys for almost three years, where she was responsible for formulating and implementing HR policies, conducting HR process audits, and leading the annual compensation review program. She also led a team tasked with setting up employment and immigration processes in emerging markets.
