Previously, Parul held the position of Senior Human Resources Manager for almost four years. Her journey at HDFC Life began as a Manager-Human Resources, a role she excelled in for three years by overseeing HR functions, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and managing employee relations effectively.
Before joining HDFC Life, Parul worked at EY as a Consultant-Advisory Services for nearly a year, providing HR advisory services to help clients optimize their human resources strategies and processes. Earlier in her career, she was a Senior Associate Lead-HR at Infosys for almost three years, where she was responsible for formulating and implementing HR policies, conducting HR process audits, and leading the annual compensation review program. She also led a team tasked with setting up employment and immigration processes in emerging markets.
