He has held significant roles at global organizations such as Genpact and Sony Pictures, as well as major Indian conglomerates like Aditya Birla Capital and Allcargo. His deep expertise in HR and business transformation positions him well to contribute to Zee Media’s long-term goals.
Before joining Zee Media, Pavel co-founded OxyZEN Express, a tech-logistics startup, further expanding his knowledge of procurement, technology development, and organizational capability building.
