Priyanka Krishna has been appointed as the Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) at Tricolite Electrical Industries Limited. In her new role, Priyanka will oversee HR operations, provide strategic HR leadership, and lead HR transformation initiatives to foster the company’s growth and innovation.
Priyanka Krishna joins Tricolite Electrical Industries from ECE Elevators, where she served as the Head of HR. At ECE Elevators, she spearheaded HR transformation initiatives, developed HR policies, and managed change management processes, significantly enhancing employee engagement and streamlining HR operations.
Before her tenure at ECE Elevators, Priyanka was the General Manager Human Resources (Head HR) at Yanmar in Gurgaon. She played a crucial role in implementing HR strategies, overseeing manpower planning, and improving performance management processes. Her responsibilities also included managing training and development, compensation and benefits, and organizational change initiatives, aligning them with the company’s business strategy.
Earlier in her career, Priyanka served as the HR Head for India and South Asia at Lumenis, where she managed HR operations across the region. Her focus on strategic HR leadership, budgeting, and resource management led to more efficient HR processes and better alignment with the company’s goals.
