His tenure at Alstom underscored his capability in handling complex HR challenges and fostering a positive work environment.
Sivakumar’s career also includes notable roles at Rane Group, where he served as a Senior Executive in Human Resources, focusing on HR generalist functions, training, recruitment, and compensation and benefits. Additionally, he worked at LGB Forge Limited – India as a Human Resources Officer, overseeing HR operations and employee engagement for over 3 years.
