Radhika Arora has joined Isgec Heavy Engineering Ltd. as the Chief Human Resource Officer (CHRO) after an extensive four-year tenure at Jakson Group, where she served as Group CHRO and was later promoted to Group Chief People Officer.
Arora’s career, spanning over two decades, is marked by significant contributions to human resources across various industries. She holds a BSc in Mathematics, Statistics, and Computers, along with a PGDBM specializing in HR and Marketing from MS Ramaiah Institute of Management.
Arora began her professional journey with Spectrum Placements as a consultant before moving to Bharat Heavy Electricals Limited (BHEL), where she spent over eight years managing the performance management system for a workforce of 12,000 employees. At BHEL, she played a crucial role in implementing new HR initiatives, including High Potential Employees (HIPOs), succession planning, and competency management.
In 2013, she joined Sony as the Head of Talent Acquisition, Organizational Development, and Learning, where she led HR initiatives in talent management, employee engagement, and learning and development for seven years.
As CHRO at Isgec Heavy Engineering Ltd., Arora is expected to bring her expertise in HR transformation, talent management, and organizational development to the diversified heavy engineering company. Her leadership is anticipated to drive strategic HR initiatives and further strengthen the company’s workforce capabilities.
