Radhika Tomar has assumed the role of HR Director for India & Southeast Asia at Bacardi. In her new capacity, Radhika will oversee Bacardi’s human resources strategies across these regions, leveraging her extensive background in HR management.
Prior to joining Bacardi, Radhika held notable positions at Kimberly-Clark, including HR Director for India and interim Global Talent Management Director, where she played a pivotal role in shaping HR strategies and talent development across Asia-Pacific. Her career at Dyson spanned over four years, during which she served as Global Head of Learning & Development and Early Careers, overseeing global talent initiatives, and as Regional Head of Talent and Development for APAC and HR Head for Southeast Asia and India, focusing on strategic HR functions such as talent acquisition and organizational development.
Radhika also has significant experience from her tenure at Microsoft, where she led HR operations for enterprise and services businesses. Her career began with roles at McKinsey & Company and Aon Hewitt, where she managed leadership development and talent management projects.
