Rajeshwar Tripathi, who formerly held the position of Executive Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) at Mahindra & Mahindra’s Auto & Farm Sectors, has now been appointed as the Group CHRO at RJ Corp, starting from June. Tripathi announced this career transition on LinkedIn, expressing his excitement about the new role and looking forward to the future.
Tripathi concluded his 17-year tenure at Mahindra in April, where he spent 14 years as CHRO. His tenure at Mahindra was marked by his leadership in significant projects, including numerous acquisitions and mergers, both in domestic and international markets. Additionally, he was instrumental in overseeing complex change management initiatives, organizational restructuring, and culture-building programs, contributing greatly to the company’s growth and stability.
Before his influential role at Mahindra, Tripathi served as General Manager of Human Resources for VE Commercial Vehicles, a joint venture between Volvo and Eicher Motors. This role equipped him with substantial experience in handling HR functions within a dynamic and collaborative business environment, further shaping his expertise in managing human resources at a high level.
