Ranjeeka Sachdev Appointed as Jaquar & Company’s Chief Human Resources Officer

Jaquar & Company, a leader in the manufacturing of lighting and hygiene products, has announced the appointment of Ranjeeka Sachdev as their new Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO). Sachdev brings to the table two decades of diverse experience in human resources, encompassing various fields such as business partnering, people strategy, succession planning, global mobility, employee satisfaction, corporate social responsibility (CSR), work-from-home (WFH) innovations, learning and development (L&D), and employer branding.

Before joining Jaquar & Company, Sachdev served as the General Manager of Human Resources at Pernod Ricard India. In her role at Pernod Ricard, she was responsible for driving inclusion and diversity initiatives, managing performance, fostering learning and development, enhancing employee engagement, implementing rewards and recognition programs, and formulating employee policies and processes. Additionally, she played a significant role in global liaising for Pernod Ricard South Asia and acted as a business partner to both corporate functions and the South Asia region.

Sachdev’s career portfolio also includes significant roles at Yamaha Motor and Gap Inc., where she honed her skills and built a reputation for her expertise in human resources. Her educational background includes an MBA from the International Management Institute, which laid the foundation for her successful career.

Jaquar & Company is confident that Sachdev’s extensive experience and strategic vision will be instrumental in driving the company’s HR initiatives forward. In her new role, she will focus on fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace culture, enhancing employee engagement and satisfaction, and developing innovative HR practices that align with the company’s growth objectives.
