Her most recent position was as Assistant General Manager Human Resources at NITCO LIMITED, where she served from November 2014 to June 2024. At NITCO, Reema played a pivotal role in establishing organizational systems and driving HR initiatives in executive meetings, fostering cultural transformation. Her achievements include implementing a robust talent acquisition strategy, enhancing employee productivity through effective performance management systems, and ensuring HR audit and compliance.
Prior to NITCO LIMITED, Reema held roles at MENARINI Group as Assistant Manager – Human Resources from August 2012 to November 2014, focusing on manpower planning, strategic hiring, policy development, and performance management. At Abbott India Ltd, she was part of the Talent Acquisition Team from January 2010 to August 2012, responsible for recruitment plans for sales force and senior management positions. Earlier in her career, at Steria India Ltd from July 2006 to January 2009, Reema served as HR Executive, managing recruitment, induction processes, compensation administration, and training sessions.
Reema holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Personnel Management (PGDPM) with a specialization in Human Resources from the Xavier Institute of Social Service. Her career highlights her expertise in talent management, strategic HR planning, and fostering organizational culture, contributing significantly to organizational growth and development.
