Tredence, a leading provider of data science and AI solutions, has appointed Rekha Nair as Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO), effective July 1st.
Rekha Nair brings over two decades of strategic HR leadership experience in the consulting industry to her new role. She initially joined Tredence in 2021 as HR Head for India and has now succeeded Soma Pandey as CHRO.
In her new capacity, Rekha will lead Tredence’s global HR strategy, focusing on developing a scalable talent model and fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation to drive the company’s growth trajectory. She will prioritize scaling training initiatives across various disciplines, including data science, data engineering, prescriptive AI, and generative AI, aiming to empower teams to deliver enhanced value to enterprise clients.
Prior to joining Tredence, Rekha held senior HR leadership positions at esteemed organizations such as Capgemini, Mphasis, and HCL Tech. Her roles involved overseeing global business units and spearheading talent management, learning, and transformative HR initiatives.
