Smitha Narayan Joins Epsilon as Senior Director of Human Resources

Smitha Narayan has made a significant career move by taking on the role of Senior Director of Human Resources at Epsilon, a global leader in marketing technology. In her new role, Smitha will lead HR operations in India, focusing on the tech delivery and analytics teams. Her responsibilities will include driving talent management, employee engagement, and overseeing HR strategies aligned with business transformation goals. This marks an important step in her nearly two-decade-long career, with a diverse background in HR leadership across multiple industries.

Prior to joining Epsilon, Smitha served as General Manager of Human Resources at Schneider Electric, where she was responsible for multiple lines of business in R&D, global marketing, and technology platforms. During her six-year tenure, she was a trusted strategic partner for the leadership team, focusing on organizational culture, change management, and talent development. Her leadership extended to building a culture of open feedback and recognition while managing complex employee relations.

Before Schneider Electric, Smitha spent over nine years at Hewlett Packard Enterprise, where she held various HR leadership roles, including Senior HR Manager. Her expertise there covered a broad range of business groups, from IT to global corporate services, as she provided strategic HR guidance for more than 2,200 employees. Smitha’s early career also includes key HR positions at Siemens and JK Management Consultants, where she gained valuable experience in talent acquisition and staffing.

With her extensive experience in organizational development, talent management, and HR strategy, Smitha Narayan’s move to Epsilon is expected to bring fresh perspectives and strengthen the company’s human resource functions.
