Stanza Living has announced the appointment of Surabhi Sanchita as their new Chief Human Resources Officer. With a wealth of experience in human resources and a successful history in various leadership roles, Surabhi will spearhead HR initiatives and strategies to bolster the company’s growth and employee engagement.
Surabhi joins Stanza Living from Zupee, where she was the Head of Human Resources. Her tenure at Zupee was marked by her pivotal role in implementing total rewards strategies, managing organizational change, and leading teams, significantly enhancing the company’s HR functions.
Before her time at Zupee, Surabhi served as Vice President of Human Resources at DeHaat. She was instrumental in performance management, diversity and inclusion initiatives, and talent strategy development, which greatly improved the company’s HR operations and employee engagement.
Surabhi also held the position of Assistant Vice President of Human Resources at Bar Code India (BCI), where she concentrated on culture change, compliance management, and building organizational capability. Her efforts were crucial in strengthening the company’s HR framework.
Earlier in her career, Surabhi worked as General Manager of Human Resources at Lenskart.com, Chief Manager of Corporate HR at BIBA Fashion Ltd, and HR Manager at Colt Technology Services. She brings extensive experience in HR operations, performance management, and strategic HR planning from her work with leading organizations in the industry.
