Tasty Bite Eatables, a leading food production company based in Pune, has appointed Vidhu Arora as its new Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO). Effective from July, Arora will be reporting directly to Dilen Gandhi, Managing Director & CEO of Tasty Bite Eatables.
Vidhu Arora joins Tasty Bite from Gap Inc., where she spent over eight years in various roles, most recently as the Head of Talent and Organization Development for the Asia-Pacific (APAC) region. With a total of 15 years of HR experience, Arora has a solid background in the retail and food & beverage services industries.
Her extensive experience also includes a significant tenure at PepsiCo, where she worked for more than six years. In her new role at Tasty Bite Eatables, Arora will be based out of Pune and is expected to bring her expertise in talent management and organizational development to support the company’s strategic goals and enhance its HR functions
