Tata Technologies has appointed Geena Binoy as its new Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO). With over 30 years of experience in the manufacturing and technology sectors, Binoy will focus on driving the company’s human resources strategy.
Already a part of the executive leadership team and previously overseeing global delivery for Digital Enterprise Solutions (DES), Binoy’s new role will involve strengthening the company’s talent supply chain and fostering a culture of learning, innovation, and inclusivity.
Tata Technologies’ CEO and Managing Director, Warren Harris, expressed confidence in Binoy’s leadership, stating, “As we embark on a new phase of growth and innovation, our focus remains on fostering a culture that drives ambition and alignment throughout the organization.
